Watercolor Ice Cream Card!

Hello everyone! I am so excited to announce that Cardz Tv summer break is over and we are back in full swing! I am so thrilled to show this fun new set "Just Chillin"! I used my Tim Holtz distress inks to stamp these ice cream cones. After I stamped them I used my water brush to push around the color to create the watercolor look. I then used some pattern paper to create the card base. Then took some vellum from my stash and stamped out the sentiment and heat embossed it with some white embossing powder. This card was a blast to create and I can't wait to share more with you in the future. Be sure check out the new cute Cardz Tv stamps in the shop!

School Squirrel Cuteness!!!

Hello everyone! Here with another school card! I used "School Squirrel" digital stamp from Craftin Desert Diva's! Have I told you lately I am in love with Digi's! You can size them to whatever size fits your card and needs! Not only that but you can layer them as if you were masking your clear or rubber stamps! I colored this cute squirrel up with my copics and spectrum noir. I then used some glossy accents to give a more realistic look to his glasses. For the shaker portion of this card I used "Fancy Frame Dies" from CDD as well and used the circle from the "Mini Shaker Clip Dies" to create the window for the shaker. All the pretties are CDD "Sunny Day Sequins"! Ohhhhh you are curious where that adorable pencil comes from??? Well that cutie is actually from the new Craftin Desert Diva's "Hall Pass" planner set. I used my Mowed Lawn distress ink on the background and then stamped the pencil every which way and colored the tip and eraser with my white gel pen. Then I splattered all the parts with some red watercolor. The sentiment comes from an oldie but goodie CDD set called "School Zone"! Ok and last but not least that "Take Note" pattern paper can also be found in the CDD shop. I hope you all enjoyed my card today! Thank you so much for stopping by! And YES that surprise is coming very soon!

Hope you all have a FABULOUS week!

Summer DON'T Go Card!!!

Hello everyone! I made this card in the hopes of summer sticking around a little longer! Not sure it worked though. Created this card using "Enchanted Tales" ! I took the sun and masked the face and then heat embossed it with some white embossing powder! After I used my distress inks on top to give the sunrise affect. This sentiment comes from the CDD stamp set "Be Inspired"! I heat embossed that as well with some white embossing powder. The sequins all come from CDD and are called "Springtime Flower Power", "Comet" and "Pastel Paradise"! Oh and last but definitely not least I used Craftin Desert Diva's "Fancy Frame Dies" to cut this out! I am so happy with how this turned out. Hope you all enjoyed my card and come back to see what else I have to share with you. Big surprise coming soon! Ekkkkkkk!!!

Thank you all so much for stopping by today!

Fish Shaker Card!

Hello everyone! Wanted to share a card with you all that I created using some of my NEW Craftin Desert Diva's goodies! As soon as I got the "Lovies" stamp set I just had to use these adorable fish! And of course had to play with my new "Outdoor Landscaping Dies"! I colored all these layers with my Tim Holtz Distress inks and then flicked some water on them all and waited about 30 seconds and picked it up with a paper towel! I also purchased some X-Press It Foam Tape from the CDD shop and so far I am loving it! That is what I used to create the shaker on this card along with some "Moonlit Kisses" sequins! I colored the fish with my spectrum noir markers and used my white gel pen to add some highlights! The little heart I used for the bubbles was from "Totally Turtle"! Stamped it with my versamark ink and heat embossed it with some silver embossing powder!

Thank you all so much for stopping by today!!! I am so thankful for each and everyone of you!

Watercolor Window Shaker Card!!!

Hello everyone! I am here today to share a card I made! This one is super exciting for me because not only did I get to play with watercolors for the background but I did something NEW! I created a window shaker card! I think that is what it is called lol??? I used Craftin Desert Diva's "Fancy Frame Dies" to create a shaker on the front card panel. In this shaker I used some CDD "Fairy Dust" sequins along with some purple glitter I had in my stash. I then used my Tim Holtz "Salty Ocean" distress ink to blend on the frame. As well as some "Mowed Lawn" distress ink on the grass I cut using CDD "Outdoor Landscape Dies". This beautiful Digi is from Craftin Desert Diva's as well and it is called "Blooming Cricket" ! The sentiment comes from CDD stamp set "Be Inspired" and I embossed that with some gold embossing powder. I also used my embossing pen to cover the hearts on this image as well and heat embossed it with some gold! This is not my original idea by any means I got this from an old video from K Werner Designs on YouTube! Here is the link to the video that inspired me "Friday Focus-Birthday Card"! If you don't already know who she is please head over now and check her out! Now on to my version of the shaker window!

Craftin Desert Diva Sushi Card!!!

Hello everyone here today to share this card I made. I had a freakin blast with this one! I know I say that a lot but seriously come on!!! How cute are these little Sushi Digi's! Colored these up using my spectrum noir markers and fussy cut them all out with my Tim Holtz "Tonic Scissors". This card base is from my stash that I ran through my die cutting machine with a chevron embossing folder. Of course CDD "Fancy Frame Dies" were a must as well on this card! To create the watercolor background I used Tim Holtz Distress Ink "Mowed Lawn" by smushing it down my acrylic stamping block and spraying it with my water bottle and then taking a clear acetate sheet (this can even be what your stamps come on) and then rubbing it down on the block to pick up then ink and smushing it down on your watercolor die cut. I also used some Tim Holtz Distress Ink "Spiced Marmalade" distress ink for the splatters and then on the chevron card base I splattered on some of my black dye ink I use for all my sentiment stamping. Last but not least the sentiment comes from CDD "Kitchen Cuties" stamp set!

Here is a close up of the Sushi Digi's and the dimension I added to this card!

Here is what I made..

I had a blast layering all these Digi's together on my computer to create a scene on my card! I used School Bus Digi and Flower Power Digi! I colored these digital stamps in with my spectrum noir and copics. I used my Fancy Frame dies for the layers. And I actually created the yellow and polka dot layer with my distress ink pads and then put a stencil over top and sponged in the green ink for the polka dots. I then traced all the dots with one of my black doodle pens. Then I used that pen to help draw my flower stems and the road. last but not least I added some stickles and Sunny Day Sequins to the middle of the flowers. I am so excited for back to school! Can't wait to be able to give this to one of my girls new teachers. Thank you so much for taking the time to look at my card today, I really appreciate each and everyone of you!

Here are all the CDD products I used:
