GLOWING!!!! Paper Bakery's Sketch Challenge #6 created by Juliana Michaels

Hello and welcome to Krystal Klear Creations....  Today I have created a layout that is inspired by Paper Bakery's Sketch Challenge #6 created by Juliana Michaels.  When I seen this challenge sketch pop up in my email from 17turtles,  I just could not resist....  I knew exactly what I was going to do and what picture was perfect for it.  This challenge just spoke to me and I knew it had to be my 2nd challenge to enter.  So here it is.....

Of course I added my own little touch of some fo stitching to my solid colored strips as well as around the entire background.  I also didn't stick with the three stars because I just felt a butterfly was in order for this layout ( my daughters shirt was covered in them ) ,  couldn't help myself.  I had so much fun with this layout and am so glad I finally scrapbooked this picture,  so Thank You Juliana for this sketch and inspiration.  I am really loving these challenges, they push me to craft more and give me courage to get out there in the blogging world.  Who knows maybe youtube videos will be in order soon???  Cute little story about this photo....  This is when I started to get into photography ( with my older camera ) over a year ago.  My daughter was my main client,  right here she is getting to think how she wants to pose for me, hmmmmmm....  One thing I have learned with working with kids, is to let them be creative while taking the photos.  This will make them more willing to do what you want as well because seriously what could be more fun than telling an adult how you want to take the picture.  Then they will have more fun with what you suggest as well because you listened to them too..  Well back to my daughter hehehe.

She is just GLOWING in this photo and I know it is not perfect in the Photography world but it is PERFECT to me!!  She now does not even have to think when I pull out my camera.  She has so many poses up her sleeve because she always loves to help Mom :)  Well thank you all for stopping by and I hope you enjoyed.  Please feel free to tell me what you think??

We Love You MOW Than Anything

Hello Everyone, welcome to Krystal Klear Creations!!!!  My name is Krystal  ( who would have thought ) and I am new to world of blogging as well as many other things In this blog post.  Here is a little about myself, I am a wife to an amazing Husband and a stay at home Mom of 2 sweet little girls.  I have been crafting for as long as I can remember with my Mom, as a little girl.  I have been interested in Scrapbooking and Cards for about 6yrs now and just recently started getting more into researching products and learning as many new techniques as possible about the two.  I have owned a cricut for the last 3yrs now ( Thanks to my amazing Husband), and it has opened a whole new world for me in my craft life!!   In the last few months I have learned more about the cricut layers and needless to say I am in LOVE!!  I have made 5 layered cards so far like the one below.
This one is actually the first one I will be entering into a Challenge.  The challenge is from Scrappymoms-stamps.blogspot.com !! The challenge is to create a card, scrapbook, 3-D project, or whatever you would like for the father in your life.  So I have choose to create the most special father in my life ( My Husband)  this lawn mower card.  He is seriously the best father my daughters could ever ask for, but I won't bore you with all that. I made this lawn mower card for him because he SERIOUSLY loves to mow the lawn, I have offered and yes I know how to do it the right way.  But he just really like to do it.  No reason for me to complain about it though because hey more time for me to be in my crafting area!!
So I do not have a Cart that has a lawn mower on it (which I would not even know if there is one?).  So I free handed this lawn mower with referencing off a clipart picture online.  The only thing I did cut out from the Cricut was the wheels.  I also free handed the sun and the grass and clouds were cut out from the Cricut.  I inked up the edges of the clouds and as well used some stamp pad ink to distress the sun.  I used some pop dots to raise the sun and the lawn mower.  And if you couldn't tell I went fo stitch happy, it is a new technique I have learned just recently!!  I just think it added a little more pop to it.  Oh and the best part of it all, my handwritten sentiment I came up with (sorry I have never seen this anywhere else, so I apologize if this is not something new and original ), We love you MOW than anything.  Well I hope you all enjoyed the card and my rambling!  Please feel free to tell me what you think?  Well thank you Scrappymoms-stamps.blogspot.com for inspiring me to try my first challenge.  I can't wait to get to order my first stamp set from you, I hope it is soon.  I am lacking in sentiment stamps, I think I may have 10 (I need to add to it bad).  Well I look forward to trying more challenges with you all in the future.  Thank you so much for getting me out there in the blogging world.  Well I hope you all have or are having a great weekend.  Can't wait to share with you all more.
We love you MOW than anything!!
