Craftin Desert Diva's July "Beach" Digi Challenge! Bear on The Beach!!!

Hello everyone! I am so glad you stopped by today! I have a super fun summer card I created today to share with you using a Craftin Desert Diva's Digi "Little Bear Beach Day"! Is she not the cutest? Can you tell I had a little fun coloring this scene up? I used my spectrum noir markers to color this and I am so happy to be back into my crafting! It has been a while due to my Grandpa passing in the last month. It has been very difficult and busy but I am very excited to get back to my relax and me time. This card was created to give you some inspiration to join in on this fun July "Beach" Digi challenge over on the CDD Facebook Gallery. You only have one day but hey what an excuse to sit on this beautiful Sunday and get some crafting in. So enough chit chat and back to more details on this card. The sentiment also comes from CDD "Kitchen Cuties" stamp set. I also added some highlights and fo-sticthing with my white gel pen and TA-DA the card is complete. Here is what I made..

I started off creating this card using a kraft card base and then I cut out this super cute stitched scallop die from the CDD "Fancy Frame Dies"! I then ran this watercolor sheet through my Big Shot using one of my embossing folders. Then I used my distress inks to create the colorful background. This cute "Coffee Time Kitty" image came from CDD as well. I colored her up using my spectrum noir markers and then also used my white gel pen to add highlights as well as some fo-stitching around the card base. The sentiment came from CDD stamp set "Baked With Love" even though this set at first sight may look like a Christmas set it is really so much more! This set is actually one of my go-to's! And what is one of my cards without some kind of glitter so I added some gold sparkle twine from my stash as well as some stickles on the cute Digi! Teacher Card Featuring CDD Digi Hippo Ice Cream!

Hello everyone here today to share a card I created last week for my daughter's teacher. When I seen this "Hippo Ice Cream"  Digi I knew it was a must have. I had so much fun coloring this cutie with my Spectrum Noir markers. But to be honest I didn't know what I wanted to use it for until I seen this sentiment from Craftin Desert Diva's  "School Zone" stamp set. Then it clicked yes the girls need cards for their teachers. Honestly I think this card would be perfect for even a fellow parent to cheer them up that school is out lol! But no really it is such a fun image to color and the ideas are endless. I also used CDD "Fancy Frame Dies" and "Pink and Blue Heart Sequins". Oh and if you have ever ordered from Craftin Desert Divas you may recognize the purple ribbon on my card!? Yep that is right I save that pretty ribbon she packages her stamps with and use it for other projects. Hope you all enjoyed my card as much as I did creating it! Craftin Desert Diva Digi Coffee Card!

Hello everyone! I am so excited you are here today to check out the card I created! I made this card using Craftin Desert Divas "Fancy Frame Dies". The first layer I used a pieces of watercolor paper and ran it through one of my embossing folders. I then used Picked Raspberry, Scattered Straw, and Spun Sugar distress inks to blend on top of the embossing. I took a pieces of vellum and cut out another layer using the dies and white embossed the greeting with the Craftin Desert Diva stamp set "Kitchen Cuties". Tied some twine around those two layers and colored up this cute Coffee cup digi from Craftin Desert Diva using my spectrum noir markers. This image is called "Coffee Couple"! I then made some polka dots all over the cup with a white get pen and pop dotted it up. I took some "Pink Heart" Craftin Desert Diva sequins and scattered them around the card. Here is what I made..

I created this scene using some distress inks and splattered it with water. I then printed all these Digi's and colored them with my Spectrum Noir markers and fussy cut them out. I then layered all the digis on my card with pop dots. These files I would have to say are my favorite because I can't get enough of camping. I used "Fancy Frame Dies" for the sentiment on the side and I also used distress ink on that. I then scattered some "Sunny Day Sequins" to act as stars. I had a blast with this card and I am actually not sure if it will leave my desk LOL! All of the CDD products are listed below with links. Cardz Tv 3D Challenge " Teacher Thank You Treat Box, Bag or Gift "

Hello everyone here today with a new Cardz Tv 3D challenge!!! My top favorite thing to create are gifts for my kids teachers! I am truly thankful for all they do for them. I also love to make things for the bus drivers but that is a whole other post for you. So I created these using picture frames from the dollar store and painted them with acrylic paint. I then used scrabble pieces to spell out each teacher's name. Used some designer paper to put inside each frame to give it more character and fun bright colors! I made a tag using Cardz Tv NEW stamp set "Simple Thoughts"! Went around each picture frame with twine and tied a dry erase marker to it so they can use with these fun frames for a place to write a note, quote, list, or even letter they are working on that day. These are Pinterest inspired! So excited for them to give this to their teachers. I have many more ideas for teachers up my sleeves so I hope to see you all back here so I can share more very soon!
